Our Legacy Fund accepts Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers but does not require you to be one, allowing partners of multiple sizes to collaborate.

Andy Kroot
Tenant and Landlord Representation
Andy has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is recognized as an expert in designing strategies for market roll-outs and expansions, primarily focused on tenant representation. Andy has designed and executed the strategies and expansions for such national retailers as Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Wells Fargo, Bassett Furniture, Walgreens, Goodwill Industries, 24 Hour Fitness & Arco AM/PM.

Andy has specialized on market expansions for national and local upscale restaurants, including Mastro Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Frasca Hospitality Group and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and for fast-casual restaurants such as Ahipoki Bowl, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Taco Bell, Krispy Kreme, El Pollo Loco, Nekter and Cheba Hut. Andy has developed properties for national restaurants including Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys, and Subway as well as retailers like Sherwin Williams and NextCare.

Prior to creating his own brokerage firm, Andy was a principal at Velocity Retail Group, and before then, De Rito Partners in Phoenix, focusing on brokerage and development, including the development of over 3 million square feet of retail space for national developers such as Kimco, Triyar, WM Grace, and Glimcher Properties.

Andy and his wife, Julie reside in Paradise Valley, Arizona with their three children and two dogs. Andy enjoys hiking, tennis, and traveling
Rommie Mojahed
Land and Retail Development
Rommie has over 20 years of experience in retail tenant representation, pre-leasing, leasing, and land research and acquisition for development opportunities. Rommie participates in the identification and contact of target tenants for retail developments, negotiation execution, and works as a liaison between landlord and tenant. Rommie has extensive training and experience in customer service and public relations. Rommie has experience with trade area feasibility, market analysis and works with economic development staff on a national level to identify viable sites for tenants in regional and national expansion plans. Rommie currently represents Tenants and Landlords in local and national site selection for lease and/ or acquisition and is involved with numerous tenants in regional and national expansion.  Rommie works with expansion strategies with local regional and national tenants and represents local landlords in marketing efforts targeted to attract viable tenants that fit with today’s market conditions.

Over the last few years Rommie has been recognized and awarded 2022 Influencer in Retail by GlobeSt./Real Estate Forum, 2022 Retail Broker by AZ Business Leaders by AZ Big Media and in early 2023, he also served on the CCIM/IREM Economic Forecast Panel.
